  • Strong connections to key orthopaedic surgeons in global markets.
  • Career success in launching innovative medical devices in international markets.
  • Senior level experience of purchasing, selling or licensing medical technology/successful M&A.

Head of Marketing

Our client is looking for someone who enjoys working and coordinating with top management to define the future direction and new products and markets of the company, a person who likes to get things done, a real team player, to become the Head of the Marketing Department.

This strategic role will oversee the preparation of the new marketing strategy, help the company define how it wants to be perceived by its future and existing clients and employees, help define its future products, markets, marketing messages, find new market segments to excel in, help prepare and execute the newly prepared marketing strategy with a new company web page and lead and consolidate the marketing team within the company.

Candidate “MUST” haves:

  • 5 or more years experience in leading a marketing department
  • Ability to keep advancing towards important long term goals and not get sidetracked by day to day operation.
  • Strong understanding of and previous experience with proton / radiation therapy vendors & Hospital B2B markets
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, trends, strategies and best practices
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.

Our client is ready to launch into global markets the system they developed, designed to treat symptoms of chronic rhinitis safely and effectively in the ENT physician’s office with a high degree of patient comfort. They are looking to find an outstanding Director of Supply Chain and Commercial Operations who will report into the CEO and will take responsibility of managing the supply chain to ensure that customer demand is fully satisfied without an over extension of inventory.

The Director of Supply Chain and Commercial Operations will be a key member of the senior management team and will play an essential role in allowing the company to reach its strong growth objectives. The candidate we are looking for will have particularly strong business skills and experiences as well as technical knowledge and be an effective contributor to the development of the company’s business.

Candidates Must Have:

  • A university degree, preferably in business.
  • 10 years’ experience in supply chain in a medical devices company.
  • Experience of managing supply chain and roll out of a newly released successful product.
  • An ability to operate independently and use judgment for high impact decisions.
  • Demonstrates effective written and oral communication and presentation skills, ability to interact with senior management.
  • Requires analytical and managerial abilities.
  • Understands strategic cost issues and uses range of techniques for cost reduction to meet targets.
  • Ability to engage in contract negotiations and develop contracts on a national or international basis.
  • Identifies alternative courses of action before choosing an approach; makes timely decisions in the best interest of the company and is willing to make decisions in uncertain conditions
  • Understanding of market drivers and keen to interact with marketing to manage forecasting and improve product flow.
