The Problem

Italy being a key market for our client, as expected to grow fast, it was essential to identify a charismatic and ambitious Business Director, who could combine commercial, strategic, leadership and business skills. The company was looking for an exceptional candidate who could “roll up their sleeves” and be convincing working with key surgeons nationally and who could grow the business to meet aggressive targets.

Our Solution

Using our in house international multilingual research team we managed to successfully identify high potential talents for this role.
