The Problem:

At the time of this recruitment, the Southern Europe sales growth was flat for our client, and management believed very strongly that with its product offering, there were opportunities to grow significantly in the region. Our client was prepared to invest there to secure this growth but needed to bring onboard a person who possessed strong commercial and management skills, wanting to take initiatives, having knowledge of the industry and prepared to travel extensively.

Our Solution:

Using our in house international multilingual research team we managed to successfully identify high potential talents for this role. A number of these high-quality candidates were qualified, interviewed and later presented. Finally, our team placed a remarkable person with extensive sales management experience, a strong scientific education, having lived in several European countries working for major Life sciences companies and communicating very well in English. Hired as South Europe Sales Manager he is now our client’s European Sales Director.
