Based on client information at the briefing meeting, our in-house researchers will contact candidates with the desired competence profile.
Our team will collect CVs from relevant candidates and perform an early screening against “MUST HAVE” and “NICE TO HAVE” criteria provided by the client.
Only the Senior Consultant will meet with the validated candidates to assess their qualities, professional experiences, education, leadership skills, development potential and personal fit for the role.
We will present at least 3 candidates to the client with a full candidate assessment report and resumé.
A reference check will be made for the selected candidate and a written report provided.
